My name is Andrea Taylor and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, working with adults and young people. Although my core practice is person-centred, I work with lots of different techniques to tailor your counselling journey to your unique needs.

 

We are experiencing uncertain times. Anxiety around health and how to protect ourselves and loved ones is particularly present. If you are experiencing anxiety and other issues relating to coronavirus / COVID-19, including separation from loved ones, stress, health anxiety, job worries, financial issues and very sadly, bereavement, please consider telephone counselling or Skype counselling to help.

If you are unable to meet the full costs of counselling, I will be able to offer concessionary rates for short-term telephone or online counselling to help people through this time. Please get in touch to find out more.

I work on a 1:1 basis with adults  on a range of issues from anxiety to loss to relationships. You are unique and so it makes sense that your counselling experience is too - sessions are based around what you need, for however long you need it.

Individual

Therapy (11-18)

I work on a 1:1 basis with you on the issues that are arising in your life whatever they are. It can be very useful to talk to someone in confidence and express yourself honestly, without judgement.

03.

I work on a 1:1 basis with you to identify specific areas where you are looking for improvements in your life. The work is generally focussed on these areas to identify goals to work towards, often using coaching  techniques.
